For over 10 years, this house sat in silence, weathering the elements and time. A gaping hole in the roof became a gateway for rain and snow, creating a 6 foot hole from the roof all the way to the basement. The electric and plumbing systems were relics of the past or completely non-existent, and the home was already reduced to bare studs when we bought it. Trees had claimed residency, growing through shattered windows, and feral cats had found refuge within, making the structure completely unlivable.

Breathing New Life into a Dilapidated Space

The first major repair was fixing the compromised roof. Our team replaced it entirely, ensuring a solid, weather-resistant structure that would protect the home for years to come. Outdated and non-functional systems were replaced with modern, code-compliant plumbing and electrical installations. Bringing the house into the 21st century, these foundational updates laid the groundwork for a safe and functional living space.

We knew from the start that this deteriorated structure would eventually be someone’s home and we kept that in mind throughout the entire renovation process. As a thoughtful touch to enhance the home's livability, we added a second bathroom upstairs, sparing residents the inconvenience of traveling between floors for a bathroom break. Meticulous tile work in bathrooms and kitchens added an elegant touch, transforming functional spaces into areas of refined beauty.
