Project Manager Application
Mint Construction is the premier home remodeling company in the Shenandoah Valley, and we are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our team in the planning, coordination, and implementation of home remodel projects. As the project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our home additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and other remodel projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with every aspect of their project. They will be highly organized and able to oversee multiple projects at once, while still paying attention to the smallest details.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and implement home additions, large home remodels, and new construction projects
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are being met
Manage project budgets and timelines
Supervise construction teams to ensure that work is being completed safely and efficiently
Identify and address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle
Ensure that all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and completed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management in the construction industry
Minimum of 2 years general construction experience with both new construction and remodels
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
